"Sorta felt left hanging"
I emailed them twice about an issue with my air bed and never really got a proper response. It sorta felt like I was being ignored the whole time. I tried calling too, but that didn’t help much either. i don’t think I’d buy from here again if this is how their support works.

"Feels cheap"
This just feels kind of flimsy. The fabric is thin, the stitching looks rough, and I don’t see it lasting very long.

"Am I the only one who found inflating this way too annoying?"
Am I the only one who expected this to be a lot easier? I bought one from kingkoilairbeds.com, and the whole inflation process felt more annoying than it should’ve been. It took longer than I expected, and I kept stopping to check if it was actually filling properly.
Deflating it wasn’t any better. Air kept getting stuck in random spots, and trying to fold it back up turned into a whole struggle. For something that’s supposed to be simple and convenient, it just left me frustrated.

"Too pricey for what you get"
I don't really think it's worth the price. It felt way too expensive for what was offered, and what made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers whenever I had questions. One person would say one thing, then someone else would tell me something different. For the cost, I expected a much smoother experience.

"Deflated overnight and I felt like just another ticket number"
I really wanted this to work, but it lost a lot of air overnight and I had to pump it back up again by morning. Not exactly what you want when you’re trying to sleep comfortably. When I tried to deal with it, the whole experience made me feel less like a customer and more like a ticket number.

"Comfortable at first, but didn’t hold up"
It was really comfy when we first got it, but unfortunately it didn’t last very long. After about 4 months, it started losing air overnight and the seam looks like it’s stretched out. We only used it a handful of times for guests, so I was disappointed. I also got a bit confused because the email made it sound like something different about the warranty/return info, so I’m not totally sure what’s covered. For the price, I expected it to hold up better.

"Hard to pack up and store"
I like the idea of it, but packing it away is a hassle. It’s bulky, and the storage bag barely fits, so I kept feeling like I was doing something wrong. The instructions also don’t really make the next steps clear, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be

"This mattress was just too firm for..."
This mattress was just too firm for me. The back support, I really didn’t feel it was there, and I ended up sleeping awful on it. Wanted to like it, but it just didn’t work for me.

"Pump quit way sooner than I expected"
At first, I actually really liked this airbed because it was comfy. But the built-in pump started getting super loud after only a few uses, and then it basically stopped filling the bed properly. I woke up halfway on the floor, which was kind of embarrassing since I had guests over and had talked it up a bit. Really disappointed with how fast it gave out.

"Pretty comfy, just needs a little topping up"
I actually slept well on this airbed the first few nights, and it feels comfortable when you first lie down. By the morning though, it did seem to lose a bit of firmness, so I had to add more air. That was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. I think it’s totally fine for guests or a short stay, but I probably wouldn’t use it as my everyday bed.

"The Wobble Machine Strikes Again"
This bed ended up sitting way lower than I expected, like some kind of sad little floor lounger. On top of that, it kept shifting around every time I moved, so the whole thing felt like a wobbly drama queen. I didn’t feel stable on it at all and woke up annoyed, sore, and very much not impressed...

"Warranty replacement turned into a total hassle"
I filed a warranty claim for my airbed thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up being such a headache. I kept getting bounced around for weeks, and every time I contacted customer service I had to sit in a long queue just to get some vague answer that didn’t really help. The replacement never even showed up. i wouldn’t bother again.

"Sorta too noisy for a good night’s sleep"
I bought an airbed from kingkoilairbeds.com, it was sorta hard to sleep on because of all the noise. Every time I moved even a little, it squeaked or made that crinkly plastic sound, and it kept waking me up. It might be fine for one night if you’re a super heavy sleeper, but it just wasn’t for me. Annoying overall, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
